Incidente de Desacato.
El memorialista solicitó a la Corporación iniciar incidente de desacato de la sentencia T-155/12, sin antes acudir al juez de tutela de primera instancia, quien es en principio el competente para conocer este trámite.
La Sala de Revisión no encuentra razones para considerar que deba asumir el conocimiento del incidente propuesto, ya que no se está ante ninguna de las causales por las cuales la Corporación mantiene la competencia para hacerlo.
Se ordena al Juzgado Dieciséis Civil Municipal de Barranquilla asumir de manera inmediata el trámite del incidente de desacato promovido por el actor.
